Human Capital Integration Specialist role with View Only HR access

I have assigned a user with the delivered Human Capital Integration Specialist role and the delivered HR Analyst role. I am seeing that the user has update access to all HCM transactions within Person Management. How can I restrict this user to View Only access to HR data
