Do I have replace report in Report Package everytime I enter data in planning

Hello Experts,

I have a Report Package in Narrative Reporting which has a reference doclet report, which is sourced from the EPM Planning cloud. Every time I update data in the planning do I have to replace the report in the report package because the data is not refreshed automatically?
