When creating a new positions - can we change the default budget type value
Summary:
When creating a new position, the Budget Type value defaults to 'Single Incumbent'. Do we have the ability to change the default value to 'None'?
Content (required):
We always create our positions with a Budget Type value of 'None' so that they can be used for multiple employees. However if we forget to change that default value, the position can no longer be used for more than one incumbent and has to be redone.
