Conflict of Interest: In the RFQ stage of the tender process, we are now required to confirm that there is no conflict of interest between the assigned buyer, and the designated “collaboration team” that is nominated to evaluate the technical proposal. We require you to create a rule, that will not allow buyers to proceed with floating the tender before the COI is confirmed. Kindly let us know is it possible in oracle fusion.
