Can we restrict the creation of receipts based on item class or item category?allowing them to create PO receipts exclusively for specific item classes or categories?

Content (required):

The client has asked that, within a single inventory organization, to prevent the warehouse team users from generating receipts for all the item class and they want to grant a particular item classes or item categories for each user. Presently, security measures are only applied at the organizational level and not by item class.
