Oracle Search schedule processes

Summary:

Schedule Processes for Oracle/Elastic search

Content (required):

We are implementing Oracle search for all the available objects using the documentation:

https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/hcmcommon/releases/23B/23B-hcm-common-wn.htm#F27175

Based on the documentation, the below scheduled processes need to be scheduled:

1. Compute Users ACL by Event : Every 15-60 minutes

2. Compute Users ACL Every 30-120 minutes

The intervals mentioned for this process is generic and doesn't address the conditions like user population, roles etc.

In this case, we do have around 250k+ employees out of which around 10k would be the HR users having multiple roles(around 5 to 6). Moreover, there would be around 100+ roles in total which are assigned to various users.

Howdy, Stranger!
