Hi,

We have Activity Sequencing enabled and are trying to reassign training to some of the employees. But even though the advanced rules says they should retake it, they get the new learning record marked as completed.

Did anyone else run into that issue? Any clue what could be causing it? (completed offering record? validation rules?)


More details:

LS tried all different options but it just doesn't work - it marks the first assignment as completed and reassigns training to the employee the next year
