In Supply Planning Assignment Sets/ Sourcing Rule, can assign rules based on Planning Attributes?

In current release 23C, can't assign rules based on planning attributes. Once constrained supply plan with ABP in place, will we be able to assign rules based on planning attributes then? Thanks
