How to restrict Employee Role not to access the analytics

I have already taken care of the this role Privilege Name: Manage Reports and Analytics not show up for "Employee" ( Of course Custom Role) and not able access the Reports and Analytics from Navigation Spring Broad or HOME Page.

However if they access the analytics there were able to run the reports ( no data access) . But we dont want whoever has employee role do not want to run it ? Can we restrict it ?
