Attachments tab for a Change Order without Revision Control

Content (required): When initiating a change order in production development without revision control, clicking to open the items from affected objects tab does not display the attachments tab.

The user has to navigate to the Manage Items, View Items in case of a supplier design contact. While adding attachments, description or notes business initiates a change order for respective teams to know the changes are being made but also while creating a new BOMs items, first article inspections, they initiate the move through the lifecycle to production through a change order with a revision change. Its hard to train the supplier design contacts to review the attachments in case of change order without revision.
