Need to Hide the Delete button for Leaves that are not locked.

Oracle Fusion Absence provides the functionality to Lock Completed leaves. But we also want to Hide/Disable the Delete button for certain leaves types with status as In Progress or Scheduled. Currently the Lock Leaves is only available for Completed Leaves only.
