API for GradeId for assignments with an 'ACTIVE' status

Hi Team,

We're attempting to retrieve the GradeId for assignments with an 'ACTIVE' status but are unsuccessful. Where can we obtain the GradeId, what REST API we can use to get the active GradeId's for assignments.

Any pointers are much appreciated.
