How to hire a future pending worker on a future position
Hello,
We are currently facing the issue that we cannot hire a future pending worker on a future position because the assignment of the future pending worker is created on the current date (even though the hiring date is set in the future). Thus, when trying to select the future position in the assignment, it wont show up, because the assignment is in the present, not the future.
We cannot change the date of the position or that of the pending worker to the present day as that would render planning, forecasting, and budgeting useless.
Also, we cannot hire a future employee as they cannot use journeys. We rely heavily on journeys, thus we need to hire the pending worker.
