can we confirgure FYI Alert for Employee External Learning once Learning Request has been approved

Summary:

For the "Learning Request" transaction approval workflow we want to add a additional email Notification to be sent out the employee after the transaction has been approved for a course - Study Assistance which captures the external Learning details along with cost . THE TEMPLATE LOOKS AS BELOW:
