How to Enter Leave for Leaders

Summary:

We have a need for Staff Assistants to be able to Add Absences on their leader's record. Delegation does not work since it only gives access to the leader's employees, not the leader's record. We found the Proxy access and had set that up, but we get an error. In an SR with Oracle, we were advised there was a bug; however, Proxy access is not supported for HCM so they wouldn't fix the bug.

We also looked into using Areas of Responsibility, but it gave the person access to update other HR transactions and do some configurations.
