Hello all I am hoping someone has created some form of RACI documentation showing the areas of responsibility for IT and the HR functional Areas under their post go live support model. I am hoping some one will be willing to share, so that I can work on creating documentation for us. Even if it is just an outline of areas needing support it would be a huge help. If someone doesn't have documentation but is willing to let me meet with them to pick their brain about the support model they work with that would be helpful as well.
