System did not generate Retro Price Adjustment

Receipt is keyed 5/11/2023 @ 11:15AM for qty 6 at 87.94 for a total -527.64.

Price is changed on PO to 74.75 on 6/7/2023 at 3:09PM – no retro price adjustment entry is generated.

Hold was released on Invoice on 6/16 at 11:13AM. It would not have been validated until this time and also could not be accounted for until it was validated. When it was validated, the price would have been 74.75 on the PO so no Invoice Price Variance entry would have been expected.
