Summary:

I could not find the description of the functionality for two flags related to the parcel process on OWMS.

  1. Order Type UI: Block Packing Manifest;
  2. Manifests UI: Deferred Close Complete;

Could you please provide the expected functionality for those flags or indicate where I can find the description of them?
