Users unable to view assigned training in Specialization when it has more than 25 activities.

Summary:

I have a number of very large Specializations and recently when users go in to complete their assigned courses, they are only able to view the first 25 activities, nothing beyond that. I believe it may be due to a new 23 C update. Has anyone else experienced this? And is there a fix?
