Assignment Status and Absence Module

edited Sep 25, 2023 8:31PM in Human Capital Management 3 comments

Summary:

Can the Assignment Status be linked to an Absence Plan in the Absence Module so it generates the start of an Absence Record?

Content (required):

Is there a way for the system to add an Absence when an employee's Assignment Status changes?

For example, employee is starting a long term leave.

Assignment Status was created to identify the type of leave (Paid leave - Payroll Eligible)

Absence Plan is called Paid Leave.

Is there a way to link the two fields so if the Assignment Status is changed, an Absence Record is generated to Start a Paid Leave?
