Need to restrict Closed Project costs to appear in Manage Project Costs Page

Summary:

As per our business process there would be a huge count of projects created in a year. We need to restrict the Closed project transactions to be appearing in Manage project Costs page when searched with Business Unit or Expenditure Organization.
