can we improve search for previous work relationships, while we hiring someone
Summary: While hiring a person, one needs to search if they have worked for our company before (either as employee or contingent workers). Current search is done through Person, and therefore catching the person if they were ever registered in Partner. This means we could find one, who has been a contact/emergency person for our worker, but never worked for our company. And instead of creating new record (new employee with new employee ID, system recognized it as the rehire action which is incorrect.
can we improve search for previous work relationships, while we hiring someone Partner can recognized former employee who had a work relationship with our company not only by Person data.
