OTBI Agents

We have OTBI reports with more than 25000 rows (Approx 250000). To transfer data, we need to split them up into 10 to 15 agents by employee's name character or Person number etc..

Is there an alternative solution that would allow data to be transferred with fewer agents like 1-2?
