Employee Historical Data Upload

Summary: Best approach to upload employee historical assignment changes

Content (required):

My client wants to upload all the historical data of employee for more than 30 years. I have gone through some posts in the community created in 2016. However, due to certain time factors customer facing and data gathering challenges (no systems in 1980s to 1995, manual files) data gathering has become a cumborsome process. Despite this concern they want the system to be operationalized in four months.

Therefore we as the solution team, thought of suggesting this approach;

Step 1: Load all active person records (as the 1st load) -- One row of record per per employee : Hire record

Howdy, Stranger!
