Which privilege or role that does not give the Create BI/OTBI Create Access? ( All the below options)

Created a Custom Role for HR Operations to run the reports, but do not want give all these options to create.

Role Name : XX_BIP_READ_ONLY

This custom role has only have these basic ones. but still it is enabled all these below options.

 -- Manage Reports and Analytics

 -- BI Consumer Role
