Position Security profile not restricting positions as desired

We created a custom position sec profile, where it should restrict positions belonging to a particular Business Unit and display all others. But it is not restricting the positions of the Business Unit that we have excluded. We are still able to search them.

Anything else we need to do? We also regenerated the role multiple times.
