How to fetch project expenditure for a project without Costing module setup

Hi team,

We have a scenario for which we need to fetch all the eligible expenditures for a project without using PJC tables like pjc_Exp_items_all, PJC_COST_DIST_LINES_ALL. Also, the tables with PJF prefix w.r.t costs are also not populated.

Please guide how to get the mentioned details with the current setup?
