Is it possible to enable visual builder on other environments apart from the Test instance?

Hello,

Last year we were informed that VB studio is enabled on the Test pod for clients by default. Wondering if anything changed wrt to Visual builder studio being enabled on other environments such as dev1, dev2 etc.

Recently, I read somewhere that we can raise an SR with Oracle and have it enabled on additional pods/environments. Is this the case? Can we have it enabled on all environments? If yes, is there an additional cost associated with enabling it on additional environments such as dev1, dev2, dev3 etc?

How are clients managing different phases of implementation which are done on different environments for personalization done using visual builder? Do you have any tips on how to manage it?
