Issue with Calc Movements for P&L Data

Summary:

We successfully changed the behavior to allow for loading data to CBI for P&L accounts (Revenue and Expense under FCCS_Owners Income). However, we have found that when the calc movement rule is executed as part of consolidation, incorrect data is not being generated. We will be modifying this behavior so the data will be correct for P&L accounts.
