Summary:

We have one FCCS environment where when connecting with SmartView the menu ribbon is the Planning Ad Hoc ribbon, but is should be showing the FCCS Ad Hoc ribbon. Any ideas how to correct this?

We have tried to recreate the service from scratch as a new FCCS process and still that one environment always shows Planning Ad Hoc
