Purchase Orders are not using the latest BIP PDF template

Content (required):

We have updated our PO RTF template and for some reason the changes are not being reflected when a new PO is generated. The system is still referring to the previous template, even though we selected the new template name and ensured that the same template we uploaded into our BIP Custom folder is what is selected in the 'Configure Procurement Business Function' setup page.

Is there some cache issue that we need to report to Oracle on, or what else could we be missing?
