Can we setup auto approvals for "Assign Learning to My Team?" The course is set up as viewable in the catalog and no request/approval but the offering is set to requested for self-service. This specific course/offering combo is available to employees to see, but need to get approval from their line manager to do so. Why, if a line manager assigns the course to their employees, the employees are still routed to the line manager for approval when the go to complete the learning.

Is there a way to require approval if the employee requests, but auto approve if the line manager assigns?
