How to Rename Published Application Extension in Oracle Fusion

Hi experts,

I've published an Application Extension in Oracle Fusion. Currently there's an issue where the Application Extension's name is all lowercase.

Content (required):

I would like to rename the Application Extension to initcap, such as "Receivable Invoice Extension". Is there any way to do this from VB?

I've tried changing the Application Extension naming from Structure, but it results in a blank page after changing and click into it.

Please provide some advice on this.
