how to add a small Image and it is embedded with deep link

Hi Team,


I am working on a requirement to add a small image on the employment info page and this image has embedded with a deep link 'Org chart'.

Deep Link: https://<host>/fscmUI/faces/deeplink?objType=DIRECTORY_ORG_CHART&action=NONE.

Did anyone tried similar requirement and succussed. Please share the steps or white paper to follow.
