How to make trainings assigned to employees based on hire date

we have a requirement to assign trainings to new joiners in our company where we have to consider hire date of the employee , and currently we see that the learning initiatives is leading to assign these trainings considering ¨Creation date¨ instead of hire date. please help us on how to assign it based on Hire date.
