Showing Payables Invoice Lines with Amounts for Net, VAT and Gross

Summary:

Users require indirect taxes for payables invoices to be shown against each line, thus for each invoice line they want to see line amounts for Net, VAT, Gross. 

Document 2610452.1 says this was not possible in Dec-2022, but quotes Enhancement Request 29414370 (which I cannot find). 

Does anyone know if it is now possible to report indirect taxes in payables by line in OTBI?

Of course all the information is available at invoice level (i.e. with an invoice line for tax amounts), but users want it by invoice line level.
