Is there any way to cancel all the OBLPNs in bulk which are in packed status?

Summary: Due to a configuration gap our system created almost 2000+ OBLPNs, and all the OBLPNs are in packed status now. And the ship via is defined for the order is Parcel Manifest. Since the tracking number didn't get generated so we are unable to close the manifest with 2000+ LPNs.
