Unable to restrict update on Employment details page

Summary:

We could achieve the requirement that HRs won't be able to correct/delete assignments by using below navigation-

My Client Groups QA-> Employment Info-> Under Employment History, click on any transaction.


But HRs can still add/modify the additional assignment on the same navigation. Please guide, how we can make this read-only.
