Highest education level to be enabled for One Country

Hi All,

We are facing one issue . We want to enable highest education level for employees under personal details to be visible for one country specifically and not be visible for all other countries. We have used design studio rule for the same, but due to already existing localization rule for some countries, we are unable to achieve the same.

We created one design studio rule for highest education level for one country to be visible and for all other countries , marked it as not visible. but its still showing visible for all other countries as well. Any body faced the same issues and have any solution for the same, please respond to the thread.
