Public view object for QP_MATRIX_RULES table in OM Extension

Summary:

I need to get data from results fields (VALUE_STRINGs/VALUE_NUMBERs) in QP_MATRIX_RULES table to use in OM extension.

Does anyone know a view object I can use to get it ?
