Power users getting security error when posting consolidation journals.

Has something changed with security to the FCSS_ClosingBalance_Input member? Power users in our application were able to post journals previously to this member, but they are getting a security error now when posting. It looks like there is no key next to that member in the dimension, but this is not a dimension that we can control security access. Nothing else has changed in the security setup.
