OTBI "Workforce Management - Accrual Real Time" Subject Area-Time reporting - Documentation Correct?

Says "Time dimension is linked to "Employee Plan Participation Details"."Balance Calculation Date"."

but i don't think this is the case- i think its linked to process date

If create an OTBI query , "Balance Calculation Date" comes from ANC_PER_PLAN_ENROLLMENT.LAST_ACCRUAL_RUN

But the SQL shows the Calendar join as follows : V457272285.PROCD_DATE = V332168308.REPORT_DATE

V457272285.PROCD_DATE comes from ANC_PER_ACRL_ENTRY_DTLS.PROCD_DATE
