Alert Composer - Notification sent to Line Manager and HR Admin when Projected End Date is

Hello,
We have a requirement that a notification should be sent to the Line Managers and HR Admin when Projected End Date for temporary employees is 30 days before. I checked in Alert Composer and there is one seeded alert "Worker Assignment Projected End Date" that I tried to use but it's not sending any notification. I have set a temporary employee with Projected End Date to 2023/10/28, I ran the Alert and I didn't get any notification in the BPM Worklist.
