How to decode binary sent in XML?

Summary:

Is there any guidance to decode the binary info in GTM XML?

Content (required):

OTM is able to send out documents with binary information under "Document/DocContentBinary" in xml. However how to decode such info in receiving system? Any guidance or instructions?
