Concurrency Rule for an Absence Type

Summary:

Concurrency Rule for an Absence Type

Content (required):

Hi Experts,

Absence type concurrency rule is not working as per the documentation.

We have 2 absences plans Annual and Sick plans. Annual leave type is enabled with concurrency in the absence type display features and Sick leave type not enabled.

The scenario is, when an employee is on Annual leave for 5 days an in between employee fallen sick for a day. He applied for Sick leave. So he should get the Annual leave 1 day balance back. But the balance deducted in both the plans.

Could you please let me know if I am missing any step here.

Howdy, Stranger!
