Content (required): If for a product 'A', Order is placed for any quantity less that 250 Kg the order amount will be 9,999. Let us say Order is placed for 1 Kg, or 100 Kg or 200 Kg or 249.99 Kg, the order amount is order amount will be 9,999.

Beyond this, we have regular tiers for same Product 'A' - if Order qty. is from 250 Kg to 499.99 Kg, the unit price will be Rs. 40/Kg and so on....

Any guidance to achieve this functionality.
