A UK business unit has a requirement to add dilapidation provision to finance leases which is ROU applicable but not Liable

In Lease Accounting (FLA), setup an Option with ROU enabled and Liability disabled. System allowed me to create it, add accounting strings, and save it.

However, when trying to add this newly added option to a Lease get an error as follows:

If the Right of Use check box is enabled, you must also enable the liability check box. (FUN-720679)

Does Lease Accounting allow Lease Options to be defined with ROU=Yes and Liability=No?
