How does HCM address inactive users when initiatives are processed?

Summary:

The subject of inactive (e.g., terminated) users surfaced while building analyses to support learning initiatives. Specifically, do we need to test for active employment status (e.g., “Assignment Status is equal to / is in Active - Payroll Eligible”) as one of the conditions in each analysis?

  1. If this condition was not applied in the analysis, will an initiative that relies on the analysis assign learning to an inactive user? And if so, how far back would the assignments be applied (e.g., terminated 2 weeks ago vs. terminated 2 years ago)?
  2. If this condition is applied, will an initiative that relies on the analysis remove a learning assignment from a terminated employee’s learning record?

Howdy, Stranger!
