Extracting Data from WMS

What is the best way to copy all WMS data to an external system as a backup activity?

From a previous meeting, Oracle mentioned that it will remove data once the disk space utilization reaches certain %, so we want to ensure no data gets deleted permanently.

Are there any integrations or possible way to do this through the UI?
