Publishing only to the sandbox for user validation

Summary:

Hi Team,

In Visual Builder Studio, is there a way to publish the change only to the sandbox so that the user can connect to the sandbox the validate the change before using the publish button on the top right and send the changes directory to the development environment?

We trying to use the Publish option under the Sandbox name - next to the Product feedback button, but that pushed the empty sandbox to the development environment?

In order words, who to push a change to the sandbox before pushing to the development environment?
